Finding your BlackBerry IMEI # :
Remove the battery from your phone, and underneath the battery you will see the manufacturer device tag sticker. On that sticker you should see "IMEI:" followed by a 15 digit numerical code. This is required to unlock the device.
On your device, go to Options>Status. Fifth row down you will see "IMEI:" followed by the devices IMEI #. That number is required to unlock the device and must be submitted to us along with payment. You may find your HTC IMEI # simply by dialing *#06# or on the device sticker underneath the battery.
